CONDITIONS & TERMS
At STEMIO Academic Writing Services, our team will support the researchers in their research endeavours. Since we are aware that different researchers may have different perspectives, we offer unrestricted changes to whatever we commit to, in accordance with our first correspondence with the administrative team.
- DELIVERABLES
2.1) The client or authors will receive explicit information regarding the deliverables during the project confirmation. The expert’s team will forward the client to the admin team for confirmation if the customer or researcher requests any further requirements.
2.2) For instance, the client will only receive the subjects if we verify the topic selection. The customer can choose from different services (topics with abstracts, subjects with Description for Topics, and so on) if a description or supporting material is needed in addition to the subjects.
2.3) A paper writing or chapter writing service may require extra charges for review and revisions more than three times of the same content. If the client requires or asks us to change 75% of the content or complete the content, that is not possible. In such cases, it will be considered a new project, and charges may be applicable.
2.4) There will be no acceptance letter starting in January 2024 for article publication. Only the final link to the article published after acceptance will be given to authors.
2.5) From July 2023, processing of articles, full paper writing, and publication takes 6-10 months, as there is huge demand in publications and review process. So we request authors to kindly cooperate and consider this before making the payment, you will agree to or abide for the terms and conditions automatically
PAYMENT TERMS:
3.1) Before making the payment, please check which account you are paying. Our bank accounts are business accounts, both in Singapore and India. Our Bank Account name: “STEM International Organisation” (Singapore) and “STEM International Conference.” (India) & “STEM Conferences” (India). (Note: Kindly do not deposit money in any personal accounts.). If anyone does that and comes to our notice, the STEM International Organisation (STEMIO) is not responsible for those articles and publications.
3.2) Assignments, course work, research proposals, questions and answers, and manuscripts, require a 50% advance payment.
3.2) Conference papers, seminar papers, university-level papers, manuscripts, and short papers require 100% or full payment.
3.3) Please note and read carefully. By making the payment, you will agree to or abide by the terms and conditions automatically.
3.4) If there is a delay in payment, approval of previously dispatched chapters, or primary data, the client bears the responsibility for any extensions of the deadline.
Refund Policy
At Academic Writing Services (AWS), we have come up with a transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We remain committed to providing the best quality of services possible to our clients. We value each and every client, and we review refund requests on an individual basis to enhance their experience.
As a part of this policy, the terms “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to STEMIO Academic Writing Services Pvt. Ltd. Also, the terms “You” and “Your” refer to our valued clients who reach out to us for our services This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which you remain eligible to return the content or service you have purchased from us.
Our clients have the option to request a partial or complete refund of their payment under these circumstances:
4.1) In accordance with our refund policy, we evaluate each request individually to determine the basis for the request. Please be aware that we might need official documentation from you proving the reason for your refund request. During the refund period, your refund request will be handled in accordance with these terms.
4.1A) If you withdraw full paper or full paper writing services for any reason after the payment, you will receive no refund of the advance amount or full payment you have paid.
4.2) If any of the following conditions are met, we will return 75 to 100% of your money
4.3) The project has not been allocated to a content writer or publisher. Therefore, you can cancel your project and receive a full refund before it is allocated.
4.4) For article publication, you will receive a full refund if the article is not assigned to the editor, not submitted to a journal, or has not received an article ID for the submitted article after the timeframe.
4.5) If your article is rejected for publication due to the quality of the article, research methods, analysis, or some other reason, you will receive only 50% of the refund. Please make a note of it.
4.6) For thesis and other services, if you choose to withdraw from us after the commencement of the project in 1 month, you will receive a refund of 50% between 60 and 90 days after the date of payment for the project.
4.7) Paper writing or chapter writing services will not get any refund if the paper is delivered to authors.
- No refund is possible in the following cases:
5.1) There will be no return if the writer has begun the project and has already received the agreed-upon number of hours. This is due to the fact that the writer working on your project ought to be paid for their work.
- Following project’s completion
6.1) We are always happy to assist you with your project and have qualified specialists who are well-equipped to meet your individual requirements.
6.2) If the writer completes the work, there won’t be a reimbursement.
6.3) Once you receive the completed assignment, you cannot request a refund; however, we offer limitless changes depending on the input from your instructor.
