“Innovation Odyssey Program”
We are excited to provide your students with enriching and international exposure. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, we would like to outline the payment terms for this Innovation Odyssey Program.
Initial Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total program cost is required upon booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is due by [proposed date, 2025]. Failure to make this payment by the specified date may result in the cancellation or postponement of your program reservation.
Progress Payments: The remaining balance of the program cost must be paid in full no later than [Proposed Date, 2025]. To assist with planning and organisation, we offer flexibility in making progress payments. You may choose to pay in instalments before the final due date, provided the full balance is settled before the proposed date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via the following methods:
Bank Transfer: Our bank account details will be provided upon request.
Payment Link: Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards
Note: Subject to a payment gateway fee.
Check: Checks should be made payable to [“STEM International Organisation India”] preferable.
Inclusions: The total program cost includes all expenses as per the agreed itinerary, such as accommodation, meals, transportation, and guided tours. Any additional expenses not specified in the itinerary are excluded and to be borne by the students
Cancellations Policy: In the event of a program cancellation by the student or parents,
- Within 30 days of the initial payment, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- During 30 days–75 days of initial payment, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Within 15 days of final payment, 25% of initial deposit and 85% of final deposit shall be refunded
- No refund will be considered if the program is cancelled after 15 days of final payment.
For details, we recommend that you review our cancellation policy in the contract provided.
Late Payments: It is essential that all payments are made within the agreed-upon due dates. If you foresee any issues in meeting payment deadlines, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Currency: All program costs are quoted in INR (Indian rupees). We accept payments in this currency only. Any currency conversion fees and associated costs are the responsibility of the paying party.
Receipts and Invoices: Upon receiving your payments, we will issue receipts and invoices for your records in digital mode.
