Annual National STEM Competition (NSTEMC)-2025
Building Brains Beyond books.
The STEM Engagement Programme (SEP) serves as a launchpad for young minds, transforming school students into future innovators who will drive scientific discovery and technological advancements. This initiative not only simplifies the transition from high school to degree-level studies but also nurtures students to contribute to groundbreaking research in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM).
At the heart of this program lies a dynamic, three-tiered strategy crafted by the Office of STEM Organisation—idea development, sustainable activities, and a structured learning agenda—ensuring that participants gain hands-on experience in real-world problem-solving.
This thrilling competition is open to 9th–12th graders and undergraduate students (B.Tech, B.Com) across India, inviting them to elevate their concepts, innovations, and research projects from the classroom to a competitive global stage. Whether from a bustling private academy or a humble public school, every aspiring scientist, engineer, and innovator is encouraged to take part.
For those with a burning passion for discovery, this platform offers an unparalleled opportunity to present their visionary ideas before industry experts. The top 30–50 winners will embark on an extraordinary journey—an all-expenses-paid STEM Engagement Programme at the Singapore Science Centre, courtesy of STEM Organisation India. Over the course of a week-long immersion, they will experience cutting-edge laboratories, interactive workshops, and mentorship from some of the brightest minds in STEM.
The competition spans a vast array of disciplines, from robotics and artificial intelligence to sustainable energy solutions and biomedical engineering. Through this initiative, NSTEMC seeks to bridge the gap between high school learning and real-world applications, ensuring that young thinkers are empowered to shape India’s future through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
By igniting curiosity, fuelling passion, and sharpening problem-solving skills, this competition doesn’t just recognise talent—it propels the next generation of scientists, engineers, and trailblazers toward a future of boundless innovation.
